Beach House on Rosemary

Our lovely Beach House is located at Bawley Point on Rosemary Avenue approximately 500 m from Gannet Beach and within easy walking distance of Cormorant and Murramarang beaches.

The house offers 3 bedrooms with a Queen bed in the main bedroom, bunks comprising 1 x double with a single bed above in the second bedroom and a double with a night and day lounge in the rear bedroom. The house comfortably accommodates 6 people. Please note that we do not provide bed linen and towels. There are pillows, blankets, doonas on the beds. There is a linen service at Bawley Point that can supply these items if you prefer not to bring them yourself. Their contact details are www.bawleypointlinenhire.com.au or 0405 467 144.

There are 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The house also has a private backyard with a deck for your use. The yard is fenced, and dogs are welcome.

The Beach House on Rosemary was the perfect getaway for a couple of days. All the information /pre-arrival info was really helpful, the hosts were lovely, and the house was very well equiped. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

A Lovely Peaceful Location

The house is unassuming from the street but is well done inside and out the back. It has a big kitchen, a comfy lounge and shaded backyard deck.

This was the perfect winter getaway for us. Excellent location, just a short walk to gorgeous beaches. The house is very comfortable with warm winter sun shining through the wisteria vine, creating a relaxing and comfortable feel. The house and hosts are genuinely welcoming to you and your furry friends.

Great location and comfortable house

The house is only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It is roomy, comfortable with a shady deck out the back and a safe and secure yard for dogs. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would highly recommend this property and will be back again.

Tranquil Haven Near Beaches Galore!

Enjoyed our stay in this well set up home within walking distance of several beaches. Quiet haven to relax and recharge while hearing the waves roll in. Great for our pet dachsie inside and out too! Very comfy holiday home

We had a lovely week staying at this property. It's got everything you'll need, and has lots of personal touches. Very comfortable. It's in a great location very close to lovely beaches. You might need to bring extra wood though - there wasn't a lot there and we ended up buying our own. Highly recommended.

Lovely family house minutes from beach

Peter and Liz's house is a cosy, comfortable and well-equipped family home in an incredible location. We had mixed weather so we were glad of the games, puzzles and smart TV in between exploring the local beaches. Beautiful garden with heaps of birdlife and even a kangaroo bounced down the road! Charming - homely and well furnished beach house

This was my first time down to Bawley with my dog and I was delighted to be able to stay at the Beach House on Rosemary. For a winter visit, the place provides a warm (combustion stove) and friendly atmosphere with touches of home still there by the owners. I was impressed with cosy furnishings, the close proximity to the beach and the easy walking distance to the cafe. I would recommend it for other solo travellers noting that it also has additional bedrooms that could be used for a larger group. My pooch was pretty happy there as well.
