Fantastic place, fantastic stay

Oh wow, what a wonderful property: comfortable, close to hiking trails, lakes, and Saratoga Springs. My friends and I stayed here for a quick weekend away, grilled up a storm, walked in the woods down to the creek, and really enjoyed the environs. Karen is excellent - great communication, accommodating, and helpful. Hope to stay here again!

We stayed here to attend the races at Saratoga as an alternative to much higher priced options in or nearer to Saratoga Springs. Accommodations were fine but being right on Route 9, traffic was a little noisy, especially at night. Nice deck outside in back with seating for 8, and it had a nice "family room" for kids. Overall pleasant stay.

An authentic upstate NY family home 🏡 Beautiful property. Comfortable and clean. Came up for an event at SPAC. Only here a short time but did some exploring and love the area! Closer to Lake George than I thought. Definitely coming back with the kids!

Great stay for our horse racing weekend. Still not far and within reach of Ubers/taxis. Only had a slight issue with plumbing going down slow and we did try and find the stream in the back but the trails were a little overgrown. These are very minor details though. All beds/couches were very comfy. We were very happy.
