Newly built cottage, 2 bedroom spacious apartment, sleeps 6, with 2 full bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, T.V. with Roku, wifi, and 2 parking spaces. 4 Min walk to beach to watch the sunset, 2 minute drive to new Casino and all amenities. Collingwood, Blue Mountain, and Scandinavian Spa are 20 min. Drive. We have quiet time between 10pm and 7am.

My husband and I designed and built this custom cottage. We added many unique features. oversized windows. 9 ' tall ceilings give the rooms a larger feel. with open concept kitchen, dining and family room.
