Reconnect with nature in this freshly renovated cottage located 2 hours away from Toronto, between Bobcaygeon and Buckhorn, walking distance to Little Bald Lake, 5 min walk to Oak Shores Marina and 4 min drive to public boat launch, with great fishing on Pigeon Lake.

This 4 season cottage, nestled in a cute and quiet area backing into a forest area, making for a peaceful stay features an open concept living-room with Smart TV (Netflix and Prime TV included) and Wi-Fi, 2 private bedrooms: 1x queen bed, and 1x bunkbed -single over double, total 5 guests, additionally one extra guest on living room sofa. All linen including bed sheets and one towel per room are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, dishes, cutleries, pots and pans, toaster, sandwich maker, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, microwave, rice cooker, outdoor Weber BBQ -1 full propane tank provided.
Outdoor fire pit with plenty of firewood for campfires.

Some supplies are included: Nespresso Vertuo coffee pods, garbage bags, soap, dish-detergent, toilet paper, cleaning supplies.

Leisure places near by:
Water tubing on the lazy river or hiking on the trails in Highlands Signature Park while watching the wild life or just a day at the beach over by Sandy Lake Beach.

The nearby towns of Bobcaygeon and Buckhorn have all the conveniences readily available including restaurants/pubs, quaint country shops, banks, grocery stores, gas stations, ice cream shops, as well as LCBO and the Beer Store.

cleaniness and high tech home comfort. New appliances and flooring. However, no access to lake and no watercraft for use (misleading). My guest complains bunk bed was a bit uncomfortable.

This property is fantastic. The inside was clean, newly renovated and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The area it is located is very peaceful! We will definitely be coming back!

Good place to Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The cottage felt like a home away from home. It has everything you need. We enjoyed shopping around the Bobcaygen area and doing alot of fishing. Also visited Fenelon Falls. Friendly neighbourhood as well. The con is the mosquitoes. And need more lamp shade in the second bedroom.
