Both bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.

This unit offers an open kitchen with various built-in furniture, an adjacent utility room, and lots of space to spread out, dine and enjoy the quiet ambiance here. The Property is gated and fully enclosed; you can park your car on the premises. The facilities within the condo include a swimming pool and a kids pool, a BBQ zone with a beautifully landscaped garden, and a 24 hours security.

Utilities: An allowance for electricity and water in the amount of US$ 19,- per night is included. Over usage of utilities shall be at your discretion and at your expense.
