This home was perfect for our multi-generational family. Room sizes, bathrooms, number of amenities were all generous. We are a family of cooks and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes, storage containers and appliances that we needed. Check in and check out were seamless and the accommodating owner was available if needed.

Amazing Stay!

The accommodations were over and beyond. To our surprise the house is equipped with everything you will need while there! If you want to visit the beach, which is less than a 7min walk, chairs, towels, umbrella, surfboards are all there available for you to access. Want to cook? Just check the cabinets there will be seasonings there, dish-ware, containers and utensils. Very spacious rooms for comfortability. All in all this was an amazing stay in an amazing area.

Fantastic Ventor stay

We have been vacationing in Ventnor for many years and renting houses around the area for at least five. This house was our favorite by far. It was really spacious, well-stocked, and the build of the house/items available were high quality, which isn't always the case. We hope to stay again.

Comfortable and bright

This house is simply appointed with just right the furniture to provide a comfortable stay. The rooms are bright and clean. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, coffee houses and restaurants. It is also set up for cooking at home and hanging out to watch a favorite sporting event or playing board games.

Perfect location, perfect home

We needed a home close to beach and close to my son’s nearby home on the Shore. Location couldn’t be better, short walking distance to beach and to nearby stores and restaurants. House was big and very very well set up for a rental. Owners obviously knew how to equip… plenty of everything including beach tokens, towels, beach chairs, etc. we will definitely repeat!

Property is an older house that’s been well loved. The space is excellent for a larger group with a couch that held 8 of us very comfortably. The kitchen (and the whole house in fact) was well appointed. It was January and very cold while we visited but I could just imagine how wonderful the porches would be in nicer weather. The office with French doors at the front of the house provided great bonus space. The doors and windows were drafty and the house was hard to evenly heat. There was one room in the 2nd floor that stayed quite cold!The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and linens. The place was very clean overall. Owner was very helpful. Thank you Andy.

The property was as advertised; large, spacious, well-equipped. The distance to the beach and boardwalk was excellent.The neighborhood and vibe were exactly what we were looking for. The host was responsive and communicative.Some of the linens and towels were stained and had an odd smell to them. We found mouse droppings all over the garage area and some on the first floor of the house. We saw no vermin while present, and our stay was completely insect and rodent free, but with young kids who just want to throw themselves all over the rugs and a ton of family obsessed with leftovers, this was not ideal.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and with a little love and some pest control, this would have been five stars across the board.

Perfect for a NYE getaway with friends

We rent 2 - 3 times a year for different "friend" getaways - NYE being a tradition - with 3 - 5 other couples. We rank this house in our top 3. Owner with communicative, property was exactly as described, clean and one of the best stocked kitchens we have experienced in our travels. Would 100% stay again and recommend it to anyone looking. Only 1 minor snafu so make a note - there is only a kuerig - no regular drip coffee maker (or if there was we could not locate it). Since one of our travel couples owns a coffeehouse we did have to run out to buy an inexpensive coffeemaker. This is not a complaint in any way just something others visiting should know.

We had an excellent time at this property! Great communication between the renter and owner. Pictures did not do the house justice. Location was easy and the house and amenities were very up to date. Great space with plenty of room for a group of 8 guys. Property was conveniently close to the vast majority of golf courses in the area.
