The unit was neat and clean and very welcoming! I would recommend bringing a comforter as sheets and small blankets were available, but being winter, I was missing the nice comforter. Place was beautiful and had everything else you could need. Melissa was responsive to my questions right away about the unit and we had a great stay at a great location!

Myself and cousin had a fanastic time, the condo was Outstanding!!! We did alot of thrifting, Mohegan Sun 3 min from the Condo,Mystic,. The pool, hot tub even in Early September was great!!! We both said we'd cone back again !!! WAS SO PEACEFUL

Adorable Cottage!

This cottage was exactly as advertised. We had five adult females stay here for a couple of nights, and everyone felt very comfortable. The property seems to be recently renovated and contained everything you would need for a quick stay. Great location if attending a function at Mohegan Sun Casino. Thank you Melissa and family!

Everything was great and as expected/advertised. The only thing that wasn’t supplied was shampoo/conditioner/soap and washer/dryer is not in the property.

Cleaning and Bare Essentials

Overall, the condo is in good condition. However, it is lacking some kitchen and bathroom essentials. For example, they have a French press in the kitchen for coffee but no tea pot to boil water. No trash bags, saran wrap, paper towels, anything. I recommend that they tell renters to bring everything for kitchen they will need. Also, the cleaning crew left hair in the tub. It clearly wasn't cleaned properly and also the smell of cleaning fluid was so overwhelming, we had to keep the front door open for 2 hours. The property owners should step up their game.

We followed up with the homeowners after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:– Our cleaner was unfortunately in a car accident on your arrival day (she’s okay, thankfully!), but we quickly pulled in other cleaners to prepare the property as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and kindness as we worked through this unexpected challenge.– We’ve never had concerns about the cleaning product scent before, but we suggested using the ceiling fan and air purifier to help.– Essentials like trash bags and paper towels should always be stocked. We wish you had let us know during your stay so we could’ve quickly taken care of this. These have since been replenished. A tea kettle hasn’t been requested before, but we love the idea and will be adding one to the kitchen.As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing excellent experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many more satisfied guests.
