Three stars given because communication with host was non-existent. From the time of booking. I had inquired about a delayed checkout. Received an automated response that a human would be in touch. One email, another app message and a text message (all) to host later, and no response. Nothing. Totally inappropriate. Also no dish towels to wash dishes with.

I’m sorry for the frustration you experienced. We’re not sure why your messages didn’t reach our team over the Thanksgiving weekend, but we understand how disappointing that was. We do have an after-hours answering service available at all times, and we regret that this didn’t result in a connection.
