Great location, next to the building that has the spa facilities. Also like that, the shuttle bus picked us up right in front of our condo.

Classic ski condo situation with the added benefit that the shuttle picks you up right from your doorstep. Really convenient getting to the mountain without having to drive. most of the hot spots are about a 5 minute drive away too so very conveniently located.

We liked our stay here. Condo was comfortable and warm.
Location is great. You can walk to Killington if you don’t want to take the shuttle. It’s about a 10 minute walk.
Bring spring water as the water out of the tap doesn’t taste that great.
The condo was a great layout and location for this weekend getaway. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay for the full duration since the weather caused the entire mountain to lose power, including the condo. This was purely due to the weather.

Book this property online over 6 months ago. 2 days before check-in, I got a call stating that at pipe has burst flooding the unit that I had booked.
Of course, I had no way to verify the event, but talking to the The other tenants in that property, nothing of the sort has happened. In addition, this is the second year in a row the pipe burst excuse has compromised our stay.
However, they were kind enough to put us up in another condo for two out of the 3 days. Furthermore, he was an upgrade from a two-bedroom that we originally booked to a three bedroom.
We had tickets for 3 days at Killington. Therefore, we had no choice but to look for one night somewhere else. Conveniently, the Cascades hotel, had rooms available, that were way overpriced for what we got. We had no choice but to book that. Not so nice hotel.
So, overall, a mixed bag. I did not believe for a minute the burst pipe excuse. I don't know if the property company oversells the units or why this is happening.
They were nice enough to put us up for two nights in a different unit. Therefore, a three-star review.

Hi Daniel, thank you for the review and we are sorry the unit had to put out of order for your stay. I can confirm the leak did happen and you were not the only reservation that was effected. As this happening to you last year, this is your first stay with us so I don't believe that was one of our units you stayed in last season. Should you return to area again, please reach out to us directly I would be happy to extend additional discounts on your next stay for the inconvenience.
