Wrapped in decks with leafy views this hidden treasure is set in a quiet fully fenced garden on a substantial block with undercover parking with the main large deck overlooking the expansive front garden.
Minimum stay 4 nights summer school holiday period and Easter, 4 nights Melbourne Cup weekend. Otherwise 3 nights.. LINEN supplied.

Elevated and enjoying a leafy outlook this home features; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very large open plan living/dining and spacious kitchen.

Exciting entertainment prospects for families and friends include 2 separate dining areas, a huge living room opening to another area with large dining table and a pool table overlooking the main deck.

Light filled and with views from every window the well-equipped kitchen, central bathroom with bath, separate toilet, ensuite to main bedroom and separate laundry will ensure a trouble-free holiday for all including your family pet (outside house - fully fenced).
You will be spoilt for choice with bay and ocean beaches, golf courses, wineries, shopping and Peninsula Hot Springs all in close proximity.

Linen is included at this property for all bookings, bath towels per guest and a hand towel and bathmat per bathroom. Please BYO beach towels if required.
