Exciting entertainment prospects for families and friends include 2 separate dining areas, a huge living room opening to another area with large dining table and a pool table overlooking the main deck.

Light filled and with views from every window the well-equipped kitchen, central bathroom with bath, separate toilet, ensuite to main bedroom and separate laundry will ensure a trouble-free holiday for all including your family pet (outside house - fully fenced).
You will be spoilt for choice with bay and ocean beaches, golf courses, wineries, shopping and Peninsula Hot Springs all in close proximity.
