Come and stay at this lovely beach house situated close to the popular sandy shore of Smiths Beach. As soon as you walk through the door you will know you are on holidays!

The property provides a large open plan living space with large flat screen TV, perfect for movies or summer sport and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and large windows to let the sunshine in.
The second bedroom has a tri-bunk (double on bottom & single on top) as well as a single bunk bed, the perfect space for the kids! The property also includes reverse cycle heating and cooling, a spacious bathroom with bath and a separate laundry with washing machine for added convenience.

Just down the road is the Smiths Beach General Store where you can grab a coffee or some takeaway. You can also walk a little further down to the popular Smiths Beach (350m approx.), a family friendly beach, with great surf and rockpools to explore. Back at the house you can wash yourself off at the outdoor shower and relax with a cold drink at the outdoor dining table.

Phillip Island is well known for its beautiful beaches, surfing and wildlife including the world-famous Little Penguins. Little Blue Shack offers a great location with Smiths Beach only approx. 350m walk away and YCW Beach is less than 1 km away. The Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is an easy 5 min drive away and Cowes center approx. 8 mins

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for the Moto Gp and World Superbike Events Only!

For all other bookings please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels OR linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services at :southcoastlaundryservices.au
