Shoreside Village #18 Steps to Boardwalk and Ocean

A prime location within Shoreside Village (Unit 18, 21 Blaine Ave) in Seaside Heights NJ, we are centrally located to EVERYTHING. Walk out the door and you are steps to the boardwalk and beach. 2 blocks from the rides and water park and close to everything else you could want or need. AWESOME for people watching on the boardwalk - a great way to be part of the action without actually being in the crowd.

For you early risers...first thing in the morning enjoy the blissful quiet with a cup of coffee as the town sleeps and you watch the calm peaceful ocean from the balcony and the sun come over the horizon.

Please note you will be required to agree to a custom rental agreement before booking, and this agreement supersedes VRBO policies. The unit is cleaned in-between each rental, and we also provide hand sanitizer in the foyer.

This is a 5 level townhome. Amenities include:

2nd Floor - Modern kitchen with full appliances and granite counters facing pool, half bath, living room with large sectional, 65" smart TV & dinning. 8 stools at the counter plus dining table that seats 6 -- All open concept

3rd Floor -
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, twin bed, LCD TV with internet access, full bathroom with stand up shower & balcony with ocean views
Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds, LCD TV with internet access, DVD player, full bathroom with stand up shower

4th Floor -
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, LCD TV with internet access, padded rocking chair, full bathroom with stand up shower, balcony with ocean views
Bedroom 4 - King bed, 55" LCD TV with internet access, full bathroom with tub and double sinks.

5th Floor - Roof top terrace with amazing views. Dining table and patio furniture.

We welcome all families with children but sorry, No proms or Graduation, no pets. NO Rentals under the age of 30 this is not a party house. No smoking anywhere in unit including the balconies and roof terrace.

Summer Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only NO EXCEPTIONS. STR License #2320 - Our property fees on VRBO cover the cost VRBO charges us per rental as well as city taxes we are required to pay

Seaside Heights Vacation

Property was very nice. Liked that beach chairs and sand toys were provided. Very close to boardwalk and beach. My grandkids especially liked that feature! Beds were very comfortable. The property manager was extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions I had. All in all, it was a great time!

Great beach getaway - perfection location

Shoreside Village is an amazing beach house! We spent an amazing weekend with some friends this summer. With four amazing (large) bedrooms, the property is extremely well maintained and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the large kitchen was fully equipped, so everyone felt right at home. The beach/boardwalk were only steps away from the front door, so all of our vacation needs were easily accessible -- sometimes a challenge with small children. The garage and pool are an added bonus, along with all of the beach supplies. We didn't have to worry about anything! The owners are very easy to work with and very prompt in response to any questions - before, during and after our stay.

Best family vacation

The property is just like the photos..people we met at the pool were owners or renters and were soo nice and informative...with 2 toddlers and a baby grandchild the location was soo helpful...our adult children had their own rooms and bathrooms..enjoyed a nighttime boardwalk stroll...everything was wonderful and our family had a great and memory filled time...the owners Vanessa and Tim were quick to respond to any questions...the unit is fully stocked.....thank you for letting us rent your condo we had an amazing week!!!!!

Great place to stay, anything you could think of for family beach vacation in included.

What a great place to stay for beach vacation. So close to boardwalk and beach was great. Anything we could think that our family needed was in the unit. Pool was well kept and maintained. The elevator for all the floors was a blessing, since my wife and I recently had surgery and stairs would have been difficult. I would recommend this place highly for a nice family vacation. AMAZING!!! Location and Townhouse...A+ Vacation

This Townhouse looks great on line. And upon walking into the property, it completely exceeded my expectations. The floor plan was Fantastic. Beautiful open concept. Well loved and maintaintain. Having shared the property with my bothers family it was fantastic floor plan to have 2 bedrooms on each floor. It gave us the privacy we needed and were able to each have our own floor with our families Location… you honestly couldn’t get any better. The beach was right there!! . Directly across the street from the beach AND directly across from the boardwalk. Having little one, it made it super convenient to make a trip back to the condo when it was nap time for the toddlers. And my older children loved that we had direct and convenient access to the boardwalk across the street One thing I looked for and was a must have was for the community to have a pool area. I quickly learned that not all the town homes had a pool as well. We loved being able to have both the pool and the beach as an option for us to use. One of my favorite features on the condo was the amazing roof top deck. WOW!! The views of the beach are absolutely breath talking. And the adults enjoyed some nice quality down time at the end of the night drinking a glass of wine wile under the stars. We actually spent a lot of time here…having lunches, dinners. Another great perk of the condo…Elevator. Having brought my mother with us on the trip, she had some mobility challenges having just had knee surgery. What a blessing it was to have an elevator. It made our trip super convenient and comfortable for her needs. She was able to join us very easily on the roof top terrace, and just as simple to get her to her room at the end out the night eliminating the needs to have to challenge herself with stairs What an absolutely an amazing Vacation. It was my first time renting a property at the Jersey Shore and I came across this Condo I knew it was exactly what we were looking for. . Venessa, who is also the owner, dealt with me in terms in finalizing the rental. Extremely professional, answered all my questions in great detail, and was available and very responsive to any additional questions I had after we booked. She made the entire booking smooth and stress free. I credit her and thank her for providing everything I would need to bring forth an amazing and successful trip. WE have taken so many amazing and priceless memories from this trip. Thank you Vanessa !!!

Our family loves to spend every moment we can in our little piece of heaven. When we are not renting to our lovely guests our boys love nothing better than hitting the arcades, the beach and of course the rides. Seaside is a wonderful family place and we feel blessed to be a part of this community.

Why they chose this property

We wanted something large enough to cater to families, both ours and those of our renters. It was also important that we be close to the beach so that quick trips back with little children would not be an ordeal. Quick trips back for bathroom breaks, naps or lunch could not be easier. Right in the center of Seaside it also makes for great people watching!

What makes this property unique

Our own growing kids were just babies when we bought this town home, so, we know how difficult it can be to travel with young children and all of their 'stuff'. Our unit has all the amenities you need for small children including baby gates at every stairwell, high chairs, full stroller, 2 pack and plays, a rocking chair and more.
