This Home has tons of space for your family to enjoy everything the Columbia Valley has to offer for all 4 Seasons. You will be minutes away from World Class Golfing , Fairmont and Panorama Ski Resorts ,Fairmont & Radium Hot Springs ,as well as Windermere and Columbia Lakes. Relaxing is highly recommended.

Newly renovated , clean and comfortable throughout with New high Quality mattresses & down
comforters in every bedroom , including Master Bed ( King ) , Upper Middle ( Queen ) ,
Upper Front ( Queen & Double ) , the Studio ( 2 Doubles & 4 Twins ) , as well as the New Lower
Level , Bed #5 ( Queen & Twin ) , Bed # 6 ( Queen & Double ). 14 Beds in total

Well equipped Kitchen includes all New appliances , Induction Stove , Dishes , Pots , Pans , Ice Maker , Cutlery and Sets of Knives. Coffee drinkers will appreciate the choice of Kuerig Supreme , Nespresso , or the Tim Hortons drip system , including Complimentary Coffee for all the machines.

In the Pantry there is a Crock Pot , Rice Cooker , Electric Skillet , Electric Griddle , Air Fryer
as well as Large Roaster , Dutch Oven , Insta- Pot and an Ice Maker.

Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer.

All Towels , Shampoos , Soaps , and all basics included in all 4 Bathrooms.

Amenities include Central Air Conditioning ( New ) , a Wood Burning Hot Stove in the Main
Living / Dining Room c/w Complimentary wood. Fireplace in the Family Room and for some fun and
entertainment a PAC-Man Video machine in the Studio ( Kids and Adults will love this space )
as well as an Deluxe Air Hockey table in the newly completed lower Level.
High Speed Internet and TVs throughout the home. The Lower level has a 75” “ theatre Style “
for watching Free Movies or your favourite Sporting events.

The Front Veranda is a special place to relax and View the beautiful Purcell Mountains across the
Valley , the Sunsets , or any wildlife that may venture through the property.

The back Deck has a large Propane Barbecue along with Patio Furniture ( in season ) and seating for all.

Had 10 guys out on an annual golf trip in the area. I always switch up the house until finding the perfect spot. This one could be it! The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much larger and so comfortable! Dan was incredible to deal with and made the stay even better because of it. I would recommend this spot to all!!
