David, the host was horrible. Never got back to us in regards of internet service. After that we had plumbing issues that resolved themselves but we had reached out to host twice. the dishwasher broke, they did nothing, a chair in the from room was broken, nothing after reaching out on both issues no response. We left a day early. Terrible experience .

Couldn't have asked for a better host.

This property was very comfortable for the family and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. During our stay. The communication with the host was fine and we didnt have any problems, also there werent any problems with wifi etc. Dont let the reviews stop you from booking this beautiful property me and my family enjoyed the house and each others company while there! We will definitely book again!

Safety is important and these Hosts do not care.

Arriving at the location, we were given the address but no official access information. We had to reach out to David to get the entry information. This is the first issue we had with communicating with David. He refused to answer the phone any of the times that we called. He would only correspond through text. The space itself is very nice and well kept. The living space was clean, spacious, and inviting. Bedrooms were also nice and comfortable. This is where our stay became uncomfortable. A few of us arrived before the others and were exploring the space. We were thinking about making a grilled cheese and we're trying to find some pans. One of our group opened up the cabinet above the fridge and found A LOADED GUN! Immediately the mood changed for the group. A lot of the people that were staying at this house had never even seen or handled a gun and were immediately concerned. The gun was loaded. Being the only one that knew how to handle a firearm safely, I removed the clip from the gun and separated the two. VRBO has policy that you must report the gun to the host. We did so immediately. David acted surprised like he had no idea it was there. The host is required to come and remove the weapon. David never answered his phone any of the times we called. It was very clear to us that he either did not care. A few of the people staying with us felt very uncomfortable being in the space. We avoided being in the house if possible and some ended up staying elsewhere.

FRUSTRATING!!!!

The property is nice enough if you can get in. I told the property manager that we would be arriving very late....I was given the wrong code for the door. I called...I emailed....I messaged...finally after an hour of waiting he responded with try code ####. No apology nothing. Also the wifi password didn't work so no streaming...no tv...nothing. Still no response. The property is nice enough but completely frustrating on every other front! BTW he still won't contact me and I have tried several times before writing this message.
