This is a one bedroom spa apartment in the luxury resort on bells Blvd. It has one of the better views within the entire resort, looking out directly over the main resort pool! You have access to all of the fantastic resort facilities (except the reception desk). There is an onsite restaurant within the resort you can dine at, and multiple bars and restaurant. The apartment comes with FREE Fast WIFI and has a parking space included.

Nice place

This is a lovely refurbished apartment with a great view of the lagoon pool. The property photo shows a rusty exterior aircon unit on the balcony, but in fact it has been replaced and relocated to an aircon enclosure, which is a great improvement. There was an issue with rubbish being left in the bin and some sand on the floor and bench on arrival. The extra bed and linen for the third person was not present on arrival but was delivered promptly after we called. It was inconvenient being issued with only one keycard to share amongst 3 people. After we left, we were asked where the second keycard was, but we were never given a second keycard. We would be happy to stay in this lovely apartment again.

Great apartment and location shame about the cleanliness and maintenance issues.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. Including what looked like someone’s vomit in the front of the toilet bowl which wasn’t cleaned. As well as a soiled toilet bowl. Shower recess has a build up of scum and other grime. One of the blinds fell of the window during our stay. Opening the front door had to use shoulder to open. I hope the owner of this beautiful apartment gets in touch with the management company and make sure they address the issues and come up with a system of checking that the apartment has been cleaned and not just tied. At the very least the bathroom and toilets. Our stay was definitely marred by these issues.

Management is unprofessional and misleading!!

After confirming 3 times that there was a sofa bed in this unit for an additional adult we arrived to no extra bedding. After calling them again and being told someone is bringing a king single Eurobed, they instead brought us a single blow up mattress. This was about 5 foot long and not suitable or comfortable for a normal adult let alone my 6ft 4 son. He instead slept curled up on the lounge for 2 nights. I would never have booked this unit if they told us the truth and will be seeking a refund under the Australian Consumer law rights.

One bedroom unit located on the 2nd floor of wing 6 in Peppers Salt resort. Great clear view of the main pool. Good layout in the unit and basic dining and cooking utensils are provided. Clean and very nice unit overall. Only issue I will raise is communications with the property manager on check in and check out procedures. Booked and confirmed on Expedia 23/11 with arrival on 30/11. Messaged the property manager via the VRBO app and sent an email on 27/11 chasing up the information. No reply on both the email and the VRBO message. Got a text to do fill in an online form for my details on 28/11 with the SMS saying to read the check in and key pick up instructions - which was not on the online link. SMS'd them about it and no reply. I had to call them on 29/11 and it was only at that time that they sent the information via email. Check in and check out was a breeze. The key pick up location is offsite, around 5 minutes drive to the accommodations. You need to make sure you are aware of this and not go direct to the resort site.
