Nice place. Pillows were smelly though. Also, the neighbor blared loud music for hours up until 11pm despite my asking them nicely to turn it down. Would have been a nice stay in a better nieghborhood!

Regarding the noise, the City of Thorold permits amplified noise until 11:00 p.m. on weekends, so while we understand it may have been disruptive, it was within the city’s permitted quiet hours. As for the pillows, we’re sorry to hear this was your experience. However, no concerns about the pillows or their cleanliness were brought to our attention during your stay, and we would have been happy to replace them immediately had we been notified. The place smelled terrible when we got there. Like mildew and was ridiculously hot. Wasn't very clean dust, fingerprints on windows, dirty floors spilled things in cabinets. things in drawers like tissues and garbage.

very nice house and we enjoyed our stay, but we were only provided with 2 small trashbags and one roll of paper towels for 5 people and a 3 night stay. Rooms were nice and accurate to the online listing!

Beds were extremely comfortable! Layout of the house was perfect for two couples to have space apart and together. Would suggest property owner upgrade the chairs to something more comfortable or potentially consider adding another couch. House was very clean and check in was easy!

We took a family trip to see the falls for march break. Very short drive to all the attractions, did not want to stay in niagra because how busy it was going to be. Would come back for sure!

The house is very comfortable, it was very clean, and it's very close to tourist attractions like Niagara Falls and the outlet malls. The only thing I could say is that the kitchen could be better equipped; if someone wants to cook, they'll find it difficult to do so, and there wasn't a single trash bag or dish soap, things that are usually provided in all the houses I've rented.
