Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Lonsdale St & Timothy Lane, only a 2 min walk to Melbourne Central railway station with access to everything all under the one roof.



You're only a stone's throw away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.



Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:

Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.



If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop right at corner of Hardware lane & Lonsdale St which is only a 1 min walk from where we are.



Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.



No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.



If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just across the road.



If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.



This pad accommodates 6 adults generously but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 6 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $29 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 7th and 8th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

I stayed in Melbourne with 4 teens for 5 days for a winter stay. We're from Brisbane. The apartment was awesome for the 5 of us and the views were incredible. The location was spot on for everything we wanted to do - very central. Would highly recommend.

Property is excellent. Location is perfect, so close to city centre and everything we needed. Mel Central, Bourke Street mall all 3 min walk. Rooms are great size, kitchen was definitely utilised. Overall property was in good condition and we had a pleasant stay. It’s quite central in the CBD so very easy access to trams, Melbourne central, malls & restaurants. Just a few things that weren’t available in the apartment such as wine glasses, no bathroom hand towels and there isn’t a dishwasher. The stove was dirty when we checked in.. so not sure if the cleaner did a good job beforehand.

This property is in a very good location & has a great view. There are a few things which could be better - there were no hand towels in the bathrooms & only one bath mat for 2 bathrooms. There were no tissues or paper towels & no soap. There is no dishwasher. There was no sugar, pepper, salt.

The location was great and the pool was an unexpected bonus. But the cleanliness of the apartment and amenities provided (or not provided) was not great. We thought that the white towels and sheets were dirty so washed them (had to unload the full washer and dryer first) but then realized they were stained. Three toilet rolls for 8 people for three nights? No bin-liners? No spare pillows (or pillow protectors). And the kitchen - it is advertised as accommodating 8 people yet there are not enough place settings for that many. Plenty pots and pans but 3 cooking utensils. Nothing much else. Fortunately the bottleshop that we bought our wine at opened our wine for us and put the cork back in!
