Melbourne Aquarium is across the road, next door to the Crown Casino , Flinders St Station and Melb Convention Centre 5mins walk . Etihad Stadium is only 15 minutes walk. MCG, a comfortable 20 mins walk . Central CBD Bourke street mall is easily reached. More information This luxurious apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car parks (tandem, max height is 2.1m). Please note that 3rd bedroom is an internal bedroom. 3rd bedroom is an internal bedroom (no windows), and has 1x double size bed (suitable for 2 children or 2 small adults). The apartment has large lounge and dining area where you can enjoy breath taking views of Melbourne city from floor to ceiling windows. It has fully equipped kitchen with marble bench top and laundry with washing machine as well as dryer. The lounge area includes a DVD player and a flat-screen TV and Flat screen TV in Master Bedroom. Heater and air conditioning are throughout the apartment. On ground level of the building there are: IGA supermarket Subway Sushi shop Mc Donalds Fast food burgers shop Meat and Wine Co Restaurant Coffee shop Bakery Medical clinic
We will provide your initial supply of tea, coffee and basic toiletries for your convenience . You are responsible for Concierge Staff located at the Freshwater entrances are ONLY servicing the permanent residents of "Freshwater Place Apartment".
Therefore unfortunately you are NOT able to ask service from them or ask to leave your bags with them after you check out. If early check-in or late check-out is required and possible, a surcharge fee will apply.
NOTE: Unfortunately no building facilities such a gym, swimming pool, sauna, BBQ are not available to guests due the the body corp management insurance policies

HOUSE RULES No pets No smoking, parties, or events Check-in is anytime after 2PM and check out by 10AM More information NO alcohol in gym, pool, elevator /stairways, hallways, foyer and car park. Nudity and anti social behaviour is PROHIBITED in all common areas. Lost of key will be charged at $30 per key, $200 per remote and $100 per fob. Apartment must be left in similar condition as you entered it. Extra cleaning fee will be charged if cleaners need more time than their normal time. If we get complains due to excessive loud noise/ party is being held in the unit, your booking will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY, no refund will be given. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 PLEASE NOTE – Due to COVID the building management have changed the requirements to access the building amenities , a building induction will be required . The induction is only available at random dates throughout the month and will cost $180 per person .

View was stunning. We were shocked to find out you cant actually use the pool or gym unless you paid a 200 induction fee and spent 2 hours leaning?? really disappointed as it was stated on the main page that the gym and pool could be used. Very misleading information. It is also not mentioned at the time of booking.
The view and location were fantastic!
Third bedroom was tiny with minimal space around the bed (found it claustrophobic).
Communication with the host was very poor in the lead up to our stay. We were informed days before our arrival of changes to the building regulations which prevented short stay guests from using amenities like the pool and gym.
Hosts catered to our early check in and late check out requests although again not without difficulties in communication.
Other than that apartment was clean and enjoyable!
This property is in an excellent location with an amazing view from up high in the apartment building. It is sensational at night with all the lights and sprawling city below.
Furniture was comfortable, we used the 2 main bedrooms. Configuration was not shown on the listing, the master was a king bed, and the other bedroom was 2 single beds, it would have been better if that room had a double or queen to accommodate a couple or having an option on booking to have that room made up as one or 2 beds.
There is a small inner room with a double bed, this room has no windows, and we didn't use this room.
There are no opening windows in this apartment so no fresh air, but this is probably normal in high-rise apartments. We did think the exhaust fans in the bathrooms could have been better.
We couldn't seem to use the BBQ area as our keys didn't give us access, which was a shame, we didn't try and use anything else, so not sure if we had access or not.
Certainly would recommend this apartment, and we would certainly stay there again, as it is very handy to walk all around the city with excellent views.
A coffee machine would be a good addition for visitors.

Great family city holiday in a great location. Views were amazing with an excellent location. Only gripe was we were denied access to pool sauna rooms by management of the complex.
