Welcoming and immaculate 3-bedroom home on a tree-lined street in a gorgeous neighbourhood.

Perfect for family getaways, temporary relocation to Toronto, and remote working.
Unlimited Internet. 3 separate desks/work areas. Safe, spacious, spotless.

Living room w/ 43” smart TV. Open-concept dining room w/ fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. Comfy beds and lots of storage in bedrooms.

Peaceful backyard with dining area. Private upper balcony. Covered front porch. Perennial gardens front and back.

Please note that we also short-term rent the basement unit. It has a private entrance through the back. You will have to share the laundry facilities with them and the backyard.

Only street parking via city permit is available.

Please note that if any of our house rules are violated, we will be using the damage deposit to claim for the violation committed.

Homey Vibe

We very much enjoyed our 4-month stay. It's one of those homes with a lived in feel, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. It has lots of character. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, experiencing the neighbourhood with our dog. Our dog also loved his stay. Parks, loads of places to walk, and Cherry beach was a short drive away. What a lovely and fabulous area. We were in the heart of the city without feeling overwhelmed. We walked everywhere. It was close to Riverdale Park where the vistas were very photogenic. Another big plus: loads of restaurants serving delicious foods from all over the world, also within walking distance. Our host Arturo (and company) were friendly and thoughtful. They were quick to meet our needs and get anything in need of repair fixed. We felt looked after and that our needs were respected. We could tell that Arturo wanted us to enjoy our stay, which we appreciated. Thank you, C, R & K
