The Space:
This is a big homely property sleeps 8 people and has a fabulous retreat space for the kids where you'll find a queen sized bed, two singles, a wall mounted television, and sliding doors leading out into the grassy front yard. There is also a second bedroom on this level and both are serviced by a generous sized bathroom. Upstairs you will find a further bedroom and a second bathroom that has a small hip bath and separate toilet. The kitchen/living/dining room is upstairs and everything you could need to feel completely at home, including WIFI, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and family dining table that seats 6. In the evenings you can get the games tournaments going or settle down with a book or perhaps watch a DVD from the collection. All of your creature comforts are taken care of with your choice of a wood fire, split system cooling, ceiling fans and also stand alone fans. The property has a secure fenced yard and a double carport. Pets upon application.

Payment Terms – (Excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
