Our cozy and charming 3-bedroom cottage, minutes from Lake Simcoe may be exactly what you need for a getaway with your partner, family (with kids) or friends. Sit around the fire place in the backyard and exchange stories while roasting marshmallows, or simply enjoy a netflix movie or a board game in the living room, or maybe take a walk along the pristine shoreline of the lake.

The Innisfil Public Beach, Tim Hortons and Sobeys, restaurants etc are just minutes away. you'll love it!
The space
The cottage is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, and utensils, 65" TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Walking distance to Innisfil Beach Park (Lake Simcoe). 20 minutes drive to Friday Harbour Resorts. Sobeys, No Frills, LCBO, Canadian Tire, Starbucks, Pizza Nova, Shoppers Drug Mart all within 5 minutes drive.

Huge backyard with dining space, gas BBQ, and fire pit.
The cottage itself is warm and cozy with 3 bedrooms and 1 full washroom. 4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. The garage is not available for guests.
Other things to note
It's a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We believe in being considerate neighbours and so request our guests to please keep the music and noise to an acceptable level.
please note there is no air conditioning. There are three tower fans available to use. Temperature are usually comfortable after evening during summer.

Overall beautiful place, very relaxing and quiet. Wonderful neighborhood. Very hot inside the house but overall had an amazing time and would definitely book again.

The house smelled funny. The power was out when we checked in (not the fault of the host) and remained out until 10pm. Luckily we could go to a friends house about 20 mins away who had power because when I contacted the host, their response was, "hope it comes back on soon." No help was offered and judging by the amount of people in the neighbourhood that had generators, this is something the hosts should anticipate being an issue in the future. The house looks like they bought a dilapidated old cottage and did the bare minimum to make it a rental. It had missing siding, the concrete steps on the front porch, weren't attached and posed a hazard, some of the linens and the ottoman in the living room were stained, the tub was dirty and looked like it didnt work, the shower floor was unstable and the door handle was broken, the gutters were overflowing and we got soaked everytime we tried to go in and out when it rained, etc. I wish i had taken pictures but I was just happy to get out of there.It was honestly the worst rental ive ever experienced and my first and last rental through vrbo. Do not stay here.
