Emerald Destination is a beautiful, recently updated two-story beach home. Welcoming you to the beautiful Crystal Beach area, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom home will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Our renovated home offers spacious living area with brand new furniture to sink into and relax and an open concept to enjoy time with family or friends.  Some of the new updates include: Ninja blender, both standard coffee pot as well as a Keurig, gas grill, and refrigerator. Boasting two Master Suites, you'll find the first one on the ground floor just steps away from main living area. The main floor also houses the large living room with new leather furniture, convenient laundry room with a large washer and dryer, comfortable kitchen, and dining area with a new dining table with seating for 8. There's also a full bathroom with a toilet, shower tub combo, and large vanity to store all of your personal items.

The Master Suite on the second level invites you to walk right out to your own wrap around balcony and enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evenings. The Master Bathroom adjoins the bedroom ensuite with toilet, shower, and whirlpool tub to melt into after a long day in the sun. The roomy vanity has plenty of storage space. 

The guest bedroom on the second floor features a queen bed and bunk beds. In addition there is an alcove featuring another set of bunkbeds for to provide an additional fun sleeping space for kids or singles.

All TV's in at Emerald Destination are Smart TV's ready to meet all of your streaming needs.

Parking at Emerald Destination is free and allows for up to three vehicles.

PET FRIENDLY - This unit is pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Two dogs maximum allowed.

Villages of Crystal Beach
The Villages of Crystal Beach is an upscale gated community. The colorful blend of homes in this community gives you that Old Florida inspired carefree living. This community offers a lush tropical style lagoon pool (heated seasonally), making it the perfect place to spend a day off the beach. Captivating waterfalls cascading down splashing over rocks into the pool all around. This tropical setting also includes a bubbling hot tub, and a big poolside Tiki Bar with a surround sound of Island music. There is also a free trolley service from Mar 1, 2023 until Apr 15, 2023. It will then begin again for summer the weekend of Memorial day and continue through October. This trolley service will take you straight to your beachfront access. You can also enjoy time at the sand volleyball court, an evening grilling out by the pool, or lounging around in one of the numerous lounge chairs in the lush tropical setting. 

There's a reason the Crystal Beach is a perennial fave for our guests - it's pedestrian friendly with a wide sidewalk for walking, running, and biking and also is within walking distance to some of our favorite local eats such as Camille's - a fantastic eatery for guests and locals alike.  Looking to shop?  Great news - you can head to the Destin Commons just several blocks away or drive a few more minutes and hit the Silver Sands Outlets.
