The CHARLESTON is a marvelously designer decorated Southern beach home with all the charm & elegance of its namesake city. You'll enjoy our community pool directly across from the home, and our quaint balconies for relaxing. The Charleston is located 1 block off Destin's finest white sand beaches and only a few blocks away from restaurants, entertainment, parks, shopping and more! The Charleston INCLUDES a 2019 street legal 6 seater golf cart for an easier and more enjoyable ride to beaches, restaurants, entertainment or just a soothing sunset pleasure cruise.

The Charleston was designed with an open floor plan for entertainment and dining to encourage good times and lasting memories that your family & friends will not soon forget.

The back yard invites you to a quaint patio area with plenty of seating and loungers for your group to grill and chill and enjoy your favorite beverages! Your beach trips are made easy with beach towels & the use of our complimentary SIX PASSENGER Golf Cart-all we're missing is you and your family!

The enclave of homes Crystal Beach Cottages also has its own exclusive pool to cool down in adjacent to home (25 ft. Away). There is also an outdoor shower on premise for rinsing off after the pool or beach. This pool is NOT heated, unfortunately. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while relaxing on 2 full wrap-around decks with hammocks and rockers overlooking a lushly landscaped residence.

The first floor of this cozy home offers the living room and open dining right as you walk in. Our sectional is great for relaxing, or for providing a place to sleep on the queen sleeper sofa for extra guests! The fully stocked kitchen and laundry room can be found here as well.

A full bathroom and the first bedroom with twin over full bunks is steps away from the kitchen area as well. We have an air mattress stowed away in the closet for guests to use if desired.

Upstairs we offer a full bathroom to the left in the hallway, leading to the Queen bedroom with a beautiful balcony for your enjoyment. To the right can be found the Master suite with a full bathroom and plenty of room in the walk in closet.

We're also here to make traveling with your little ones a little lighter when packing! We provide a high chair, pack & play, and baby gate available at our home for every guest.

All linens are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home for guest use. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent, and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

Guests have access to the entire home, the garage for golf cart parking, the community pool directly across the road, and the beach walkway to either side of the home. Our community pool is not heated.

We are a professional management company, always available to take phone calls with any and all questions or concerns (other than the middle of the night, when we are all asleep, unless it's an emergency!) Please do NOT send a text at any time! We happily respond to all messages directly through your booking platform app. If you’re placing a phone call, please know the location you’re staying, and the logistics of your trip so we can easily access it and provide efficient service to you!

The “Charleston” is conveniently located 20-30 minutes from the airport (traffic permitting). It is also 15 minutes from major entertainment venues -The Boardwalk, SanDestin, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlets most of which are right in your “back yard”. You will also be within cruising distance to the “Scenic Hwy. 30A” and many other Destin hotspots. Boating, wave-runners, paddle-boarding, sunset dolphin cruises and just about any amenity you can imagine are within moments of the home along with the finest fishing and charters in the Gulf of Mexico (We're not called the Luckiest Fishing Village without such a namesake!)

We offer a 6-seater golf cart included in your stay which is the preferred method of most in the Crystal Beach neighborhood. It certainly makes the trip to the beach effortless, and is definitely enjoyable for the whole family!

-Unregistered guests are not permitted at any time, to include those stopping by.
-We do not host groups under 25 years of age at any time.
-The golf cart is included with your stay, but we do not permit use of the golf cart without a completed waiver prior to driving.
-We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. 2 dog maximum permitted, and $200 pet fee must be paid prior to check in. Pets permitted only if house trained. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or an additional $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter.
-House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10pm are not permitted at any time.
-Absolutely no street parking at any time-we have a 4 vehicle MAX in the driveway only.
-No smoking at any time permitted on property.
-We must be notified of ANY issues immediately during your stay and given the opportunity to resolve said issues right away. This is in regard to anything, whether small (ex. a lightbulb out) or major (ex. the hot water not working). We can not remedy a situation for a positive experience and a top notch property if we’re notified after your stay, and have limited time/resources after your checkout before the next guests arrive.
-We do reserve the right to access the home due to emergency, law enforcement, or urgent maintenance issues or any violation of house rules/parties/events held.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation fees will be charged as
follows: All cancellations will have a credit card processing fee
withheld from the refunded amount. This amount will vary
based on the total of your reservation total. Damage protection
insurance and travel insurance plus appropriate taxes are not
refundable. If the cancellation occurs 31 to 90 days prior to
the check in date, the Rental Deposit will be retained. If the
cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival, the full rental
amount will be retained. This is agreed to when booking our property, and is non-negotiable.
-We are located in Central Standard Time. Please plan your trip accordingly to arrive at 4pm, or anytime following. We are occasionally able to offer early check in/late check out upon request, but this is not guaranteed based on cleaning/maintenance/season.

Unregistered guests are not permitted at any time, to include those “stopping by”.
-We do not host less than 3 day trips for weekends/holidays. Instant bookings/requests will not be honored.
-We do not host groups under 25 years of age at any time.
-We do not permit use of the golf cart without the waiver sent to a valid email and signed.
-House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10pm are not permitted at any time.
-Please return beach items to the garage free of sand.
-Upon checkout, beds that have been used should be stripped of linens so our cleaners are aware of beds that have been used (do not remake them!).
-Absolutely no street parking at any time-we have a 4 vehicle MAX in the driveway only. No Campers/RV/Boat/Watercraft parking at any time due to HOA restrictions.
-No smoking at any time permitted on property.
-We do not host pets at any time, and if animals are brought to your reservation it will result in eviction and your security deposit.
-We must be notified of ANY issues immediately during your stay and given the opportunity to resolve said issues right away. This is in regard to anything, whether small (ex. a lightbulb out) or major (ex. the hot water not working). We can not remedy a situation for a positive experience and a top notch property if we’re notified after your stay, and have limited time/resources after your checkout before the next guests arrive.
