The Moorings, 23/4 Cromarty Rd - air con, pool and waterfront
As soon as you walk through the doors of townhouse 23 at The Moorings, you will be more than impressed with the style and comforts that are provided. The entry level has a split system air conditioner and stylish dining area which overlooks the living area. Down a few stairs will lead you to the spacious living area with free Wi-Fi, and Smart TV. Opening out onto the outdoor entertaining courtyard with alfresco dining facilities and maintained gardens and grass area for children to play.
There is also a fully equipped new kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, microwave, family size fridge / freezer and coffee pod machine. The internal laundry runs off the kitchen and is fitted with a front loader washing machine.
The middle level of the townhouse has the main bedroom with balcony access to allow the sea breeze to flow through, renovated ensuite with a shower, toilet and double vanity, bedroom two is also located on the same level as the main bedroom and shares their balcony.
Up a couple of stairs will take you to the renovated main bathroom with a relaxing corner spa bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet, the third bedroom is also on this level. Up a few more stairs will take you to the loft/ kids play area with the second lounge area with TV and two single beds.
The Moorings is a large, security gated, waterfront complex with beautifully manicured tropical gardens and lawns and inground pool. Located an easy five-minute walk along the foreshore to Soldiers Point Marina for an array of restaurants, cafes and Soldiers Point shops where you will find a small corner shop, coffee shop and tennis court hire.
There is a double electric garage with internal access, two bathrooms and a powder room which gives you three toilets in the townhouse.
*Please note the complex pool usually closes from end of April until end of September. This decision is made by the Strata Committee for the complex and is out of the managing agent and owners control.*

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

The house was nice, although the air conditioning (heating) didn't reach the bottom floor, so the lounge-room was uncomfortably cold. Peaceful location, and a short drive to plenty of activities. 2 adults and 3 children and it had enough space for us to comfortably coexist.
