Highly recommend! My son and I stayed here for a campus visit to University of Tampa. The host Elizabeth was easy to communicate with, the unit was very clean and had what we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend or book again!

Water did not pool up at the bottom of the shower, shower and sink water pressure was strong, AC was nice and cool, plenty of lights within the rooms. Very comfortable bed with very clean white sheets and pillow cases. I particularly mentioned these items first because these are the down fall of many hotels! This property was immaculate and provided everything we needed. The minute we opened the front door you smell cleanliness! No dust on the ceiling fans and floors clear. From a personal parking space at the front door to snacks n wine, we were truly satisfied. It is very obvious the owner put a lot a thought into this property. The location is only 5 minutes from convention center, hotels and dining and the river walk I guarantee you will not be disappointed. We will definitely book this location again when we return to Tampa!
