The Space:

Steps from the beach in the quiet part of downtown Huntington Beach. 2 Bedrooms, all ensuite, 3 baths. and 2 car garage with with room for a third car behind the garage.

Enjoy sunsets from the ocean view rooftop deck and a dip in the Jacuzzi after a morning surf right out front. Hop on one of our bikes and explore the 17 mile long oceanfront bike path with restaurants and bars to enjoy on the way with live music on most weekends.

Main St. and Pacific City (outdoor ocean view shopping center) and the Huntington Beach pier with tons of restaurants and shops are a short walk or bike ride away.

If you're bringing a furry friend, we are located right by dog Beach. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis but no cats.

Renovations on this 3,145 sq foot home were completed in fall 2022 and includes custom doors, cabinets, new flooring, smart locks throughout, alexa controlled lights, foosball, custom jacuzzi with outdoor seating and heater, and inline gas grill.

Five smart TVs have been installed with YouTube TV, including HBO and showtime channels and live streaming tv.

Linens included for all stays.

Bedroom 1 - Large Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2- Bunk bed with 2 single beds and 2nd bunk bed with full on the bottom and single on the top - Full bathroom in this room as well.

Bonus room for office or gaming with a sofa sleeper couch.

Parking for 3 cars available, 2 cars in garage and one car parallel to garage.

Beach gear and 4 bikes included.

During certain times of the year our home is available as a 3 bedroom wich would then include the 2nd master bedroom with King bed and ensuite.

Utilities for long term stays over 31 days.

Electricity has a cap of $150 per month. Any cost over that is paid by the tenant.
Gas cap is $100 per month. Any cost over that is paid by the tenant.

Great location and house for girls weekend

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. Everyone enjoyed the location, the size of the house and the best was morning coffee on the rooftop deck! House was very clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again.

Great house and perfect location!

The house was extremely comfortable and clean. It had all the beach toys you could want and a jacuzzi for after a day at the beach. My family had a wonderful mini-vacation and we can't wait to book this place again! Thank you Mike!

Great house and walk to Dog Beach!

This is a very spacious house and easily accommodated me, my husband, our adult daughter and her husband, and their 3 young sons. We had a great time walking to the beach, playing foosball and barbecuing at the house, and just having fun together. Mike was super responsive to minor issues and kept things operating optimally. Highly recommend.

Perfect Huntington Beach Location.

House was perfect location for our stay. Close to the beach, close to Main St, close to the ball fields. Would stay again. Very clean and loved the roof top lounge area for the nightly sunsets.
