Located in Newport Beach at the Balboa pier, this unit has been completely remodeled. Granite counters, stainless appliances, and recessed lighting. New bathrooms with granite, travertine tile, and sleek glass shower enclosures. The unit includes high-speed internet Wi-fi access, and two flatscreen TVs ( living room, and master bedroom). Direct TV with all premium movie and sports channels included.

Walk to the Fun Zone, the Balboa Island Ferry, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The world-famous surfing spot "The Wedge" a just a short walk from this location. The greenbelt in front of this unit is great for kids and allows easy access to the beach. Available year-round, Dogs, are considered at the owner's discretion. If Pet (s) are approved there is a separate pet contract that must be completed at the time of booking. The owner has similar property next door for larger groups or joint family vacations. Family Fun in the Sun

We loved our stay at the property. It was all of our kiddos' first time in Cali, so we looked long and hard for just the right spot and house. We loved the location right on the big lawn the kids could play, while also so close to the beach, restaurants, the pier and of course right on the boardwalk. We would definitely stay at this location again. Ed was great to communicate with and even helped us with local spots. The weather was superb and we loved the entire neighborhood surrounding the house. Take the ferry to Balboa Island! Can't wait to go back.

Ahhhhhmazing

If you have kids, this is THE PLACE!! This is the most perfect location. The kids can run & play in the grassy area & then of course, the beach is right there. Our kids played hard & they were in bed every night before 9pm. There are a couple of coffee shops within a 3 minute walk. Great place & hosts were very kind. 😊

Great for families

We enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful beach and grass field just in front. Plenty to do in the area, but also close to the 55 to head to Disneyland. The host was very helpful and kind.

Ed and Alicia O'Neill are long time residents of Newport Beach. Ed is a local restaurant owner, and Alicia is mental health professional for the County of Orange. They have been renting the lower unit of the oceanfront duplex they live in since 2007 and have enjoyed meeting new people from all over the country and around the globe. They take pride in their property and have kept it up to the standards they themselves enjoy when traveling.

Restaurants, shops, and attractions on every corner. Everything you need is within walking or biking distance and public transportation is always at your fingertips.
