Great House! Great Host! Great Stay!

We had a great stay here. The house is super comfy and has everything you need for a great stay. The host is sooooo nice and accommodating. 4 nights there and I would absolutely rent again next time I'm in town.

Cute and clean little house, with lots of items at your disposal. Very little requirements when checking out. Great communication and attention to the little things. Disappointed that the weather kept us from being able to use the fire pit, but will be sure to try it next time.

We stayed at this property with our two young children while visiting family for the holidays. This property was perfect for what we needed. There was a ton of space for the kids and everything was so well stocked including bottled water in the fridge! Barry was so great to communicate with and even provided a high chair and offered a baby gate for the stairs. The location was great with lots of restaurants nearby. I'd love to stay here during the summer and walk to downtown when the weather is nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Dec 15-18th 2022 CMU winter Graduation

The home was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owner Barry was extremely helpful and responsive to any request. We were in Mt Pleasant for our daughters Doctoral Graduation from CMU and were very pleased that we were able to find a rental so close to campus! If we ever return to Mt Pleasant t we will definitely request to stay here! We wish Barry and his wife continued success on their rental.

5 Star Stay and Family Friendly

This is a beautiful home and was accommodating for our family when we traveled from various states to MI for our Grandfather’s funeral. House was very clean, beds were super comfortable and it was so nice to have a bath tub. We traveled with our 18 month old and Barry went above and beyond to install baby gates and provide a high chair for our stay. Dining room table was large with lots of seating and it was nice to have meals with our extended family while we were in town. Knowing that there was a washer and dryer on site made packing easier as we were able to do laundry and not have to pack so heavily. We will always book this house when we come back to Mt. Pleasant to visit our family. We highly recommend!!

Amazing attention to detail!

Let me first say that I don't normally write reviews, but this one needed to be done because exceeded my expectations. My friend and I were on vacation in Michigan. The last few days we were in Mt. Pleasant(my home town) visiting my sister. We are not big in staying at hotels because they just seemed confined and limited. I was so happy when I found this house to rent! Barry is an amazing host. The house was impeccable!!! Super clean, nicely decorated and furnished amazingly. On Mother's day, I was able to invite my family over to celebrate. We used the gas grill, outdoor fireplace and had wonderful time playing cards at the big table. Barry should be praised for his attention to every detail in making sure our stay was comfortable. He thinks of everything! We were on our last leg of our trip so it was so helpful to be able to do our laundry with detergent and softener included! I couldn't believe it. We had already stopped at the store to pick up what needed for laundry but he had it all there for us. The list is endless.....games to play, coffee, creamer, water, popcorn, ketchup and mustard packets, salt, pepper, you name it he provided it! High quality sheets and towels. Bathrooms were supplied with shampoo and soap. My favorite part was the note he left explaining certain details of the house and welcoming us there. So cool! He also just had a new heating/air system installed and that kept us warm in the colder evenings. I can tell that he prides himself in making sure everyone who visits this house get the highest quality of service. Top notch!!!!! Thanks Barry.

Ladies golf outing

Six ladies stayed in rental very comfortably. There were little amenities that were very helpful and made our stay special. Location was centrally located and very accessible to restaurants and golf courses.

Cozy Stay in a Quaint Neighborhood

Loved staying at this property that had all the amenities we could think of and more. The rooms were decorated so cute and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I loved the little touches, including shower supplies, and bottled water awaiting us in the fridge when we checked in on a hot summer's day.
