Gorgeous lakefront home in Central Michigan

Escape to Littlefield Lake in this beautifully updated lakefront home. Sitting on a sandy beach with over 3000 square feet, offering 4 bedrooms 2 full and 2 half baths, this home is everything you are looking for.

Littlefield Lake is an all sports lake with 180 acres of very clean sandy bottom lake. The house sits on 180 feet of frontage of the lake and channel alongside.

Wake up in the morning for coffee on the deck to the sound of the family of Loons that patrol the lake and owls competing in symphany for unforgettable peaceful sounds. Spend the day on the lake boating, skiing, surfing, fishing, paddling or just floating the day away. There are several sand bars on the lake to beach your boat and explore. Return home at the end of the day to a kitchen that has everything you need to whip up a meal fit for the whole family including a grill. Roast marshmallows around the fire in the evenings or head into the Soaring Eagle casino or any of the awesome breweries and restaurants offered in nearby Mt. Pleasant or Clare just 30 minutes away.

With fabulous ice fishing and nearby snowmobiling trails, this home is a great winter desitnation as well. Snuggle up in front of the fire or warm up in the jacuzzi tub at the end of a long Michigan winter day.

On the main floor, this home features 3 bedrooms (a king, a queen and a queen) 2 full (a large primary suite and a jack and jill connecting bedrooms 1 and 2) and 1 half baths, a fully functioning kitchen with large island that includes seating, dining room and great room with a fireplace. There is a loft area/game room above the garage that has 2 Queen and 4 single beds along with a sectional sofa and smart TV. There is also a half bath in this room, it is open to the rest of the room though so it offers just a curtain for privacy.

For the security of the home there is a ring doorbell located by the front entrance.

Loved the place! It’s a beautiful house with lots of amenities and little extras that let you know the it’s a well loved home. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Very spacious and the upstairs loft is perfect for kids or a large family with a bunch of littles.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful, warm and inviting with a gorgeous location on the lake! There was everything you could wish for in the kitchen to cook with and the open concept made it a great place for everyone to hang out together. The beds were all so comfortable we slept in every day! Truly an amazing property to get some R&R!

Great Stay (again)

Love this house it was exactly as shown in the Pictures we had 11 kids and adults and there was more than enough space for us all to be comfortable. Communication was fantastic with the owner 5 stars all around.

It was perfect - beautiful space to catch up with friends - sitting by the fire in the cozy recliners looking out at the lake. We also enjoyed the beautiful kitchen island - it was fun to have my friends sit and watch me cook for them all facing the arch other on the super spacious cook station. Family vacation

The property was extremely well stocked with kitchen equipment and the property was very clean. My teenagers loved all the space they had to hang-out/sleep, and so did the rest of our extended family. The owner was great to deal with and we had a wonderful time. Perfect family vacation

My family, adult children & grandkids all enjoyed the house and the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen had everything we needed. The lake was very clean and we enjoyed evening pontoon rides and watersports with our boat. We also enjoyed paddle boarding down the channel. It was a perfect vacation and I would highly recommend!!!

This place is not a rental, it’s a home. The owner is wonderful to talk with and communicates so well. This is our second year staying here and we couldn’t be happier. Hopefully next year we can do it again!!! Would recommend to everyone.

Girls weekend!

It was such a beautiful home and gorgeous property! We have an annual girls weekend and this home was perfect for our group of 12. The kayak and paddle boards were a great perk! The master bedroom is outstanding. A perfect fire pit for a larger group right on the water. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with. The sunrises were exquisite. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great getaway, fabulous home

We chose this home for our girls week getaway. Myself and 7 ladies varying in age from 53 to 76 stayed in this beautiful home for 5 days. Our owner, Brandi was fantastic to work with. The home is just as described and the photos did not do it justice. Everything you could possibly need was available including wood for the fire pit! The only regret we had is not staying longer! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Really Nice House

The house was really nice and well stocked. The owner was great and easy to contact. We loved the loft room for the kids to have their own space. We didn't realize there wasn't a blender so if you want margaritas, remember to bring your own. The beach and fit pit were great. The neighbors are also really nice.

Long family weekend

My wife and I, our three adult children (19 - 26), two friends, and a grandma (8 total) comfortably stayed in this beautiful, warm, comfortable home, with a pontoon boat available that we enjoyed. The host was wonderful and made check in and out simple, returned our deposit right away, and made you feel like you were renting a hotel suite. Lake toys (paddleboards) and corn hole available for use. First class all the way.

My family stays at a Michigan lake house for a weekend every summer. This is our 6th year doing it and this is our new favorite! Everyone in our group said they’d love to come back. Everything we needed was there, and we had plenty of space for our group of 12. The house was clean and well kept. The lake was beautiful and great for swimming right off the shore. Relaxing, Peaceful, Beautiful lakefront house

This lake house is updated, modern and fresh for a pair of couples or an entire family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can enjoy boating, swimming off the sand bar, hanging out on the deck and smores at the fire pit. It sits on a corner lakefront property and you can view the lake from all the windows in the house. A peaceful neighborhood where everyone is so friendly. Only 2 hours from Lake Michigan and 30 minutes to reach several towns with site seeing, restaurants and other activities.. Bay City, Midland, Clare and Mt Pleasant. Go Antiquing and check out the destroyer and fire museum in Bay City, Dow Gardens with tree canopy walk and playgrounds for kids in Midland and great restaurants in Mt. Pleasant. Brandi is wonderful to work with if you need anything and always gets back to you in a timely manner. If back in Michigan will definitely re book!

Stunning and peaceful

It’s right on the lake. We had a gorgeous view of the sun and the moon. The home was absolutely perfect. Zero complaints. We were all competing in a powerlifting competition in Mt Pleasant and it was only an easy 30 minutes away. The price was perfect. Will definitely rent again.

Big Beautiful Property

Large home with plenty of space both inside and out. Enjoyed cooking, playing cards and the lakeside fire pit. Excellent place for a large group. Would definitely come back. Not much close by so come prepared to hang out and enjoy the property.
