The fun starts at the bottom of Salt and the Sea, with a ground-level garage game room (ping pong and a mini-bar) and an outdoor hot tub and shower fenced for privacy. Inside, a media room features a sectional, fireplace, massage chair, board games and chess table, plus a big-screen Smart TV with BluRay DVD, Playstation 3 and Wii. The split-level entry takes you to a spacious, elevated great room with an offset living room featuring a gas fire, TV, and enough leather seating—including a recliner—for nine. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the granite breakfast bar of the gourmet kitchen, an open, light-filled room that makes cooking a pleasure. The grill master can take the cooking outdoors to a deck with a dining table for six.

Upstairs, three bedrooms, all with TVs, give you plenty of space for guests. Two bedrooms have two queen beds each; they share a full bath. The king suite has a TV, full bath with a spa tub, and an ocean view. A wind-screened deck with a pair of chaise lounges gives everyone a chance to relax in the ocean breeze with the sun setting over the sea.

The fun continues right out your front door— just two blocks to easy beach access, and a few blocks from the delightful Oceanlake District, with its restaurants, bars, bookstore, bakery, old-fashioned cinema and fun shops such as Prehistoric, a gift shop for your favorite paleontologist. All the activities of Lincoln City are close by, whether you prefer golf, Chinook Winds Casino, beachcombing, shopping or dining. Easy day trips to Newport or Pacific City may tempt you away. But you may be perfectly happy hanging at Salt and the Sea —your guests are sure to find plenty to do at this palace of fun for adults and kids alike!

There are two cameras. One by the front door and one over the driveway. The front door camera can see the front door and the walkway to the door. It cannot see inside the house. The driveway camera can see the driveway and the street. Neither camera records audio.
