Amazing place

It was so nice having multilevel place with different aged adults. The rental was clean and perfect for us. The central air was amazing and it suited our needs perfectly.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time overall! The house is large and spacious, and it was really nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It’s about a half-mile walk to the beach and is located in a quiet area, which we loved.We did run into a few maintenance issues during our stay, including nails sticking up on the stairs and one of the showers leaking into the downstairs room. Getting ahold of Village Realty was a little frustrating because we were transferred between multiple people, and it was unclear when someone would arrive to fix the problems. However, everything was eventually repaired and taken care of.If you stay here, just be aware that you’ll need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and hand soap for the bathrooms, as those items were not provided.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated how the issues were resolved.

The location was great, the condo was large and spread out with plenty of room for everyone. The communication was not quick. There are lots of stairs which we were fine with but some may have a hard time with.
