The second living area can be found upstairs, it has another TV, R/C air conditioner, complete with a private balcony overseeing Emily’s Pond and beyond. The copious master suite is also upstairs and has a King bed, stylish ensuite, TV and includes linen and towels.
Downstairs, the second bedroom also has a king sized bed, linen and towels, and enjoys lovely outlooks over a treed canopy and is conveniently situated next to the main bathroom. The third bedroom has a set of bunks for the kids, you will need to bring your own linen and towels for this bedroom- single sized bed linen and doona covers.
Nest controlled Hydronic Heating, ceiling fans throughout, an ambient gas log fire downstairs and R/C air conditioning to the upstairs living area ensure you are comfortable across all seasons.
The fully equipped laundry has a washing machine and dryer. An additional study/reading room is available for a quiet ready spot or remote workers. There is a convenient powder room to the lower level.

LINEN:
Linen and bathroom towels are included for the 2 King bedrooms. You will need to bring your own linen and towels for the bunk bed which is single with single sized doonas. And don't forget to bring your own beach towels!
Bunks are only suitable for children.
CAN YOU BRING PETS:
Small well-behaved dogs will be considered on application. The property is not fully fenced however there is a fenced pet area to the side of the home.

A double carport provides cover for 2 cars with further driveway parking available.
