Bright and friendly, well presented, well located, 2 storey dwelling, 350m to the beach, 650m to the centre of the village and 400m to the popular beach front Flat White restaurant. The Te Mata Reserve is on your door step with the Waihi Beach Hotel accessed through the Reserve.

Well presented fully fenced exterior with great indoor outdoor flow including a covered deck area with table, chairs and outdoor heater plus adjoining uncovered area with table, chairs, shade sail, outdoor umbrella, bean bags and built in seating. You will find a hammock chair in the tree for your quiet enjoyment and two outdoor hoses to rinse down after your swim. A screened washing line is also provided. Scott Street is a short street with plenty of berm and street parking plus off street parking for one to two vehicles.

The ground floor encompasses all your amenity including open plan dining room, well equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, lounge with smart TV and WiFi, separate laundry with washing machine and tub, separate toilet, bathroom with separate shower and bath, and two queen bedrooms.

Accessed from the dining room is the games room (carpeted garage) featuring a small pool table, dart board, clothes dryer, washing lines, second fridge freezer for those summer bevies, BBQ with pizza insert, smoker, gym matt and two spare single mattresses. Plenty of room for games.

The top floor incorporates one super large king bedroom and one double bedroom.
Free standing fans are provided in all bedrooms.

A good selection of board games and puzzles can be found in the lounge along with a book exchange.

Easy walking distance to the Orokawa and Homunga beach walks, the trig track and trig loop walks.

Waihi Beach Paradise

We loved staying in this "Happy Place" beach paradise local. short walk to the beach, short walk to the shops and cafes so we didnt even use the car once we arrived! The house has everything you need and more! A real home away from home. Beautiful garden space and shady grass patches to get grounded and relaxed! To top that were amazing friendly neighbours in this very family friendly street. Thank you so much for sharing your beach escape with us! Love to come back sometime!
