The property was very clean and decorated well, the host was friendly and provided everything we needed. The property was walking distance to many local museums and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Great place for uptown access!

Very clean with great access to everywhere uptown! Felt very safe and owners answered any questions I had very quickly. If I am ever visiting Charlotte again I would stay here. Thank you again for everything!

Day of arrival owner canceled

Yes we were on route when we received message that owner was canceling our reservation. His only excuse was that the current guest extended their stay. We then found out that there was a music fest and no other places available. We had to re-route to a different city.

Great City Place

The location is very good in the North part of Charlotte- the Fourth Ward. Close to the highways but also walkable to the City restaurants and cute local parks. The apartment is nice and the bed comfortable. There is even a small balcony to hang out on! The owner was very responsive too.

Clean, but small.

The studio apartment was very clean. An issue with a dripping air conditioner was fixed quickly. The double bed was too small for two people and was extremely hard. The couch was the only place to sit, and it was very uncomfortable. There were insufficient towels and no wash cloths. This unit is better suited for one person.

Great location, but spotty Wifi. Netflix and Roku are available, but with bad internet = buffering every 5 minutes. The bed was very small, not really comfortable for two people. The condo was clean and the host accommodating. If the above two things were changed would highly recommend staying here.
