This property is basically one of the closest properties that is in downtown. I recommend a vehicle but if you came to Charlotte for a convention or event you maybe don't need a rental car. WALK TO EVERYTHING IN DOWNTOWN! Restaurants, music, theater, sports, convention centers, all bars and breweries are all close. so are the 6 downtown parks.

This is in Fourth Ward Neighborhood, walk to all restaurants, shopping, concerts, festivals, Panthers Stadium, theaters, and nightlife.
I will pick you up at the airport in 1967 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. if you dont have a car and book one of my listings. (there will be a possible additional fee and gratuity) and drop you off at unit and check you in.
Trolley and commuter train are within a few blocks, walking distance.
