Located in central "Old Lonnie" this property is close to everything, both front and back beaches, cafes, shops and the golf course!

Spread over 3 levels with a classic Point Lonsdale beachy feel, this property is perfect for the whole family. The beach and shops are within a 10-minute walk while Queenscliff and the some of the most stunning wineries are just a short drive away. Enjoy a wine or two while looking out at the magnificent views of the heads and bay all the way across to the Mornington Peninsula, Queenscliff and farming land.

Open plan living, kitchen and dining area flows out to front balcony with stunning bay views and a rear deck with BBQ and outdoor setting to entertain.
