About this property

Melaleuca Country Retreat offers a perfect blend of modern accommodation with the charm of a country retreat.
Located on the edge of Orange amongst small acreage residences, so close to town and nearby wineries.
There are beautiful views and a number of areas in which to relax and enjoy the beauty of the four seasons of Orange, with the occasional snowfall.
The air conditioner provides instant warmth. There is a TV, kitchenette, firepit / with camp oven (wood provided), microwave oven and all the needs for a short stay or extended holiday. An EV charger (25kw/h) is available in the parking area.
Pets are welcome, but an additional cleaning fee of $50 is applicable. The yard can be enclosed.
It is adjacent to the racecourse, close to a number of the region's best wineries, fine food dining, cafes, and amazing golf courses.
It has a large deck with tables, chairs, and gas BBQ to allow guests to sit and enjoy their meals while looking over the tranquil open grounds which hosts many native birds as well as our chooks, alpacas and pet horse.
There are beautiful views and a number of areas in which to relax and enjoy the beauty of the four seasons of Orange, with the occasional snowfall. The air conditioner provides instant warmth.
There is a TV, kitchenette, firepit / with camp oven (wood provided), microwave oven and all the needs for a short stay or extended holiday.
A healthy, light breakfast is available for the first morning - with our farm fresh eggs.

I had the most lovely 3 night stay with my daughter- we were greeted by Simon who introduced us to all of his gorgeous animals and gave us fantastic local recommendations. Each morning (after the world's best sleep), we fed the alpacas, sheep and horses, enjoyed the genereous breakfast provisions -fresh hen and duck eggs!!!- and just truly relaxed. The birds, bees, farm animals and bright green soft grass made for a really lovely stay, I honestly felt renewed after our visit. Highly, highly recommend.

Great little farm stay in Orange NSW

Had a great time visiting Orange, Great hosts Simon and Majella and Annie the border Kelpie. Classic wine region,parks, golf courses lookouts bush walk etc. Had some nice meals in town. Have used stayz for many years this is the best property we have stayed in. would love to return soon. Regards Rod, Sue, and rocky.
