Fancy accommodations—comfy beds and space. We came over a long weekend w kids and they loved the games room.

Ideal property for our Christmas stay with wider family. The games room was superb for keeping the children entertained, and a really comfortable kitchen / lounge made for a great stay. We had one issue with the door during the stay, but the excellent host dealt with it in less than half an hour from us reporting. Such a lovely house (and of course the hot tub was a great added bonus, and very clean). When we return in 18 months I imagine we will look to stay again. Couldn't recommend more to others, and good value for price we paid.

Great property

The grounds are very big and able to accommodate 10 of us with ease. The beds are extremely comfortable and they’ve put some higher end items here but it is obviously still being renovated/updated. Once all of the upkeep is finished it has the potential to be amazing. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would recommend for a large group

It was a good location very close to Trenton. The host was excellent answering all of our questions and responding to messages.. We couldn’t really understand the big deck in the back. It’s as big as a house, but there’s no deck chairs to sit on and would be nice to have a big table outside for dining. The games room could also use more seating like a nice big sofa. There’s an old futon that was dirty and hard as a rock. Other than that, the place was great.

Great Time

I would definitely recommend this stay to a group who loves nature as well as a modern aspect. The stay was beautiful, although we did have a bit of a hiccup on the first day: as there was garbage rotting all over the front porch…the host had very good communication and was very good about having someone clean it soon as possible. The house was fully stocked with cooking utensils, towels, and soap. We saw lots of animals such as cranes, beavers, frogs, bunnies, as well as a very friendly cat who stopped by frequently (make sure to keep doors closed, the cat ran in the house). Overall we had a great stay and had lots of fun!

A quiet place with lots around

The property is clean and well appointed. Having a game room is an excellent idea for a rental and the swim spa is lovely. The river is beautiful. Look for wildlife all over. Lots of rabbits, a beaver and birds, including an Osprey family at the nearby Frankford Tourist Park. The area around and in Frankford is great for exploring, walking, etc. There is a rail trail next door to the property for walking/biking. Be mindful of some quirks that have resulted from quick construction work. Bring your own soap, and if you would like more than 1 towel, bring one.
