Look no further - you’ve found it! The perfect romantic getaway in Red River Gorge, Kentucky. You will never want to leave this cozy cabin, but if you do adventure is only a short drive away. Soak in the hot tub and gaze up at the stars each night. Grill dinner on the charcoal grill and then settle in around a cozy fire. You’ll love the window wall, which allows natural light to flow through and helps you feel at one with the nature surrounding you. Book your getaway here today!

- Romantic Hideaway is pet friendly however pet fee of $100 does not show in total balance. We have a $100 pet fee that covers up to 2 dogs. Please contact directly after booking to add this $100 fee.
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (Standard coffee pot, microwave), WIFI, flat-screen Roku TV, Karaoke machine, popcorn machine, charcoal grill, fireplace, covered deck w/ outdoor furniture, hammock, cornhole, fire pit, and more!
- Loft: King Bed
- One full bathroom
- Fresh linens and towels. We also include essential starter packs to make your stay easier! (Starter packs include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 sponge.)
- Firewood not provided, please purchase locally!
- Please Note: We highly encourage 4WD. Cabin is located up a very steep hill paved/gravel. Trailers Prohibited.
- Secluded Red River Gorge location - Close to hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, sight-seeing, restaurants, and much more!

- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Romantic Getaway Cabin

The cabin was very nice and clean. We were comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub. It was the perfect place to stay while visiting Red River Gorge and thr Natural Bridge!

Very Nice Stay

Overall impression was very good. It is a small quaint cabin for two. Relaxing atmosphere. Just a couple comments for those that have issues with stairs. The bedroom was in the loft (King Size Bed). Stairs are quite steep so elderly people that may have issues with stairs will need to consider. We don't have issues with it, but some may. The shower needs to be fixed. It was just a steady stream of water...like a water hose and not easy to take a shower in. Not sure how this wasn't fixed before our stay. But overall we enjoyed it. Hot tub was nice, abit dated and the cover is really torn up and somewhat difficult to move.

Great cabin

We stayed at this cabin for a few days to hike in the Red River Gorge. Proximity to the Gorge was great with most hiking trails just a short drive away. Cabin was very clean. The location was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t have any issues, but the owner was very responsive if needed. We would definitely consider staying again!

Husbands bday getaway

Lovely cozy little place to stay. Would stay there again. The drive up and the steep stairs from the loft to the main level were my only "complaints". I let my husband do the driving and chose to sit when coming down the steps. Highly recommend, we will be back.

Peaceful!

It was a very clean property! It is a steep hill, but we were able to get up to it in a Volkswagen Passat. Property managers were very responsive and kind! Overall beautiful property, secluded and perfect for a little getaway with your spouse! The hot tub was a plus!!!

Anniversary stay

The property most definitely needs 4 wheel drive to get in and out of...the hot tub was very dirty and had so much chlorine that it bleached the shirt i wore...the bed was not very comfortable...the overall cabin was cute. The stairs super steep and small...we had to cut our stay short bc of sickness...the wifi was spotty..if you wanna just get away take a ook and some food. Great but otherwise nothing like inimagined

Romantic getaway

It was truly a "romantic getaway "! We loved the cute little cabin, the location, and the hot tub was the BEST!! Thank you so much!! On a side note...the only bad the was the stairs going up to the bedroom. Very steep and very narrow steps!! But we were very cautious!

Dangerous but nice

The cabin is nice but the stairs are dangerous. I'm a fit person and am able to walk up and down the stairs; however, the stairs at the cabin are narrow and they installed anti-slip strips on the stairs which were helpful. However, they missed one more and that was where I slipped and injured myself badly. Don't bother to use their washer and dryer. Their washer machine is extremely dirty. Full of mold. There is no extra sheets available (they left the dirty sheets on the top of the dryer). There's no extra towel to dry the dishes. The contact person is not available. The remaining cabin is clean and nice. We enjoyed the privacy.

Great little cabin

Our cabin was in a perfect location for us. The drive up to our cabin was more steep than we anticipated however, the site does recommend 4 wheel drive and it would be helpful during inclement weather for sure, but we managed fine in our little car. Fortunately, we felt comfortable being up there bc the weather during our January visit was incredibly mild. Once we arrived we felt right at home. The Romantic Hideaway was very clean and felt very cozy…..we enjoyed having a record player in our cabin too! It had everything we needed for the two of us. The staircase to bedroom loft is very steep but we managed fine. We had plenty of privacy, but didn’t feel completely isolated; sitting in the hot tub you can barely see a few cabins (f you stretch your neck) far off in the distance. We had a daily fire going in the fire pit and enjoyed the peaceful outdoor surroundings. I’m glad we brought plenty of food/snacks bc once we arrived we knew that we didn’t want to leave for a few days. It was a perfect place for us to hang out and relax. Our next visit will definitely include nearby activities/ attractions.

Could've been better

The cabin was not cleaned well. Cob webs , dust on ceiling fan , ceiling fan was noisy and the room it was intenede for was warm and couldnt use the fan. Ants. Hot tub wasnt really functional. We left the cabin cleaner than we found it.
