About this property

Four-bedroom holiday house a short walk to Mt Martha Village and Beach.
House is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is bordered by a bush reserve.
Back gate opens to Balcombe Reserve with tracks to ovals and boardwalk. Also walking access to The
Briars nature reserve.

Pet friendly house – guests must receive owners’ permission after advising breed of pet they wish to
bring with them.

Enter house into lounge area with couches, Smart tv, fireplace. A large dining table seats 6-8 guests.
Kitchen has modern appliances including microwave, steam oven and coffee machine (Sunbeam Mini
Barista).

Large Living area has couches and wall mounted Smart Tv and opens to outdoor deck and garden area.

House has ducted heating and evaporative cooling system.

The secluded backyard has large lawn for kids and pet to play on, 12-ft trampoline, Outdoor Dining
comfortably seating 8 guests. Sun umbrella, Weber family BBQ and Fire Pit.

There is a gated area which has vegetable garden and chicken coop with 2 hens - fresh eggs daily.

The house has 2 bedrooms downstairs with family bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom.
