Beautiful Tree House with additional Cottage, overlooking nature reserve, located in a quiet street in the beachside town of Mount Martha.
Through the entrance is a Lounge room with Smart Tv (Netflix) working fireplace, couches and piano. Then down a couple of steps to open plan Dining / Kitchen. Kitchen has all appliances including microwave and has a bench with four stools. Dining table seats six. Through the Dining area is Living Room with computer/tv (Netflix) games and couch. Living area opens up to large outdoor deck with undercover and open areas. Undercover are lounges to sit and relax on a sunny day. Open deck looks over nature reserve and has table and chairs, lounges, large umbrella and stools by balustrade. There is a cubby house for kids and a 4 burner Bbq. There is also a Cottage in the backyard.
Split system air conditioner in living room.
There is a laundry with washing machine and clothesline, ducted heating and wifi.
Off Street undercover parking is available.
