About this property

Furnished 2-bedroom House in quiet neighborhood

Perfect for coming into town for an Oilers game/ students attending NAIT/an event at the Expo Center. Also great for short term stays while looking for permanent housing. Willing to rent out by the room to students. Contact for info. One room available immediately until April. Then both available.

This cute little 900 sq ft home has 2 cozy bedrooms and a fully updated soaker tub & shower. There is a quaint eat-in kitchen island that will seat 5 people. The open kitchen/living area makes the space seem bigger than it is. The large sectional with pull out trundle makes for perfect cuddling and movie watching evenings. The large seating area in front of the house is perfect for watching the beautiful Albertan sunsets in this quiet neighborhood.

Each bedroom is outfitted with a closet system and a desk and chair. Apprentice students will find this space perfect for their short term needs.

This is the best place to stay in Edmonton in a quiet area but still close to everything making travel easier the home is well taken care of and very homely and for the price, it is one of the best

Great stay

We stayed for a little over a week and it was perfect. It was close to grocery stores as well as more in the middle of north side Edmonton so we were close to many things to do. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, one of our vehicles got broken in to, and some tools were stolen but was our fault as we forgot to lock it. Overall great stay

This is a quiet, family neighborhood.
It is 1/2 block away from a bus stop. 5 min cab ride from Rogers place and downtown. 5min drive to Kingsway or NAIT LRT stations.

What makes this property unique

It is newly renovated and feels like home. Open concept kitchen and living space.
Close to everything, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet evening.
