Very nice property as depicted. Walkable location close to downtown Daikin Park, Toyota Center. Lots of close local restaurants from good to outstanding! Breweries and sports bars nearby. Easy access to and from highways, or the downtown area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The description matched perfectly as soon as we walked in — the living room even felt more spacious than expected. The hosts were super responsive both before and during our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. The location was perfect for all the places we needed to visit, and it was great being able to leave the car in the garage and grab a short Uber/Lyft to get around. Highly recommend this property and the hosts!

Beautiful Home

We loved staying in this townhouse. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do, was clean and very beautiful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near the downtown area.

It’s a very nice and spacious house. The living area is very comfortable for a group. Good location for Astros or convention center. Excellent communication and ease of access. We’d come back!

Beautiful large home one minute from downtown!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It accommodated seven people comfortably and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and ample space for big meals. Loved the convenience of the local CVS for small items. Only one minute walk away. Parking was not an issue and we had easy access to highways. Management reached out every day to see if we needed anything. I’ve never received that type of care before. All home instructions were clear and laid out properly. We plan to stay again!

The property I booked was not available and the host notified me at 5 pm although they had previously provided check in and out instructions. Very disappointed. Offered a secondary location that was not equivalent with no previous reviews to judge properly from. Highly disappointed.

Decent but things didn’t work

Got there and hot water heater didn’t work. They Didn’t bother to tell us ahead of time. Did get it replaced during the stay on our last day. No offer for refund or reduction due to no hot water. Had to keep adjusting the thermostat as the presettings kept it hot. No wash rags for the shower. Location was decent to downtown. An easy 5 minute walk. Property was clean. Has a nice theater screen and sound. Nice kitchen.

This is a very roomy, updated townhouse with high ceilings. We could have walked to the HRB convention center but chose to use Uber. Comfortable temperature & beds. Our host was very responsive with any questions & amazingly flexible with special requests we had. We are definitely planning to return here for the next convention.
