Why they chose this property
The proximity to local amenities is a highlight of this studio.
Peregian Village is the postcard coastal village, boasting a fabulous range of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, home ware, fashion and gift stores. The Peregian Beach Hotel is a flat 5 min walk away, and adjoining IGA supermarket a 7 min walk. Low-rise development in a coastal bush land setting is a key to Peregian's character and appeal.
The Peregian Beach Markets are held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month (7am – 12.30pm), in the beautiful surroundings of Kingfisher Park (7 min walk).
Peregian Originals is an open air community event that celebrates original live music. It is held in Peregian Beach Park on the second Sunday of each month 1-5pm.
Heading north from Peregian Village weaving its way along and through the sand dunes is a great bicycle/walking path that can take you all the way to Sunshine Beach and Noosa Heads (23km return).
Mount Coolum is an awe-inspiring volcanic dome that presides over the Sunshine Coast landscape. The car park at the base is only 13 min drive away, and allow 90 min for the return walk. From the 210 metre summit you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Sunshine Coast. For a less energetic walk, picturesque Emu Mountain is only 4 min drive, and at 70 metres high offers a wonderful perspective of the local area for much less effort.
Other landmarks:
Coolum Beach township (8 min drive) is larger than Peregian Beach. Here you can find Dan Murphys, shops, banks, a patrolled beach. Coolum Surf Club offers an award winning restaurant with stunning beach front views from the dining room and deck.
The iconic Hastings Street, Noosa is 17 min drive.
Noosa National Park is 20 min drive, and is a must do for nature lovers and bush walkers.
The Eumundi markets are 20-25 min drive (open Saturdays 7am-2pm and Wednesdays 8am-1.30pm)
Coles, Peregian Springs (7 min drive).
