The Neighborhood:
This lovely home is right at the best edge of downtown in The FUZE District. Literally it's a house that's closest to the baseball park and all the festivities. Yet still private. You can walk downtown to 3040 restaurants, bars and breweries. Lots of shopping also. The hot part of the neighborhood is called The FUSE District. The historic part of Gastonia. The downtown area has many festivals evening bands parades and lots of special events. Also this is close to the casino, The Two Kings Casino. Only about 13 minutes away. Yes you can gamble nearby. lots to do. Downtown Charlotte is also about 25 minutes away. The Charlotte Whitewater Center is 15 minutes away so we're to Lakes. Lots and lots and lots to things to do. But back to this location is just wonderful for the area.. Especially if you want to spend more than a week or two in the Charlotte region he can go see almost anything. There are 2 great hiking mountains and State Parks close by close by. One is Crowder Mountain. The other is Kings Mountain and St Park. There are great antique places and famous pickers a place called Gaston Pickers. Golf courses. parks and Museums. 4 lakes close by.
