The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home provides upscale amenities including a fully equipped cooks kitchen, a breezy patio plus lush, tropical landscaping, a front yard oasis, as well as a very private outdoor space to relax in.

Less than 2 miles away is the Atlantic Ocean's warm shores - or if the beach isn't your thing explore the Richardson Historic Park & Nature Preserve, or how about some quirky comfort-food brunch at nearby Rosie's Bar and Grill!

* Pool / Spa heating is available for an additional per day fee for the duration of the stay. Pool/Spa heating is available from 8am to midnight. Pool temp up to 80 degrees and Spa temp up to 102 degrees. Pool / Spa temperature is managed remotely by property manager.

     - Summer Months @ $25 per day April 16 through November 14 - Taxes & other fees apply.

     - Winter Months @ $50 per day Nov 15 though April 15 - Taxes & other fees apply.

Perfect house for our stay

This cute property looks exactly like the listing…clean, well-appointed, and perfect for what we were looking for. Hot tub was def a plus. Property managers were easy to communicate with and responsible. Would def recommend this space to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway.

Everything you need and more!

This home is beautiful! The pool was amazing. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There were beach towels and chairs to use if needed. The location is great, just a short distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Communication was great. We had a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Getaway

It was a great getaway from home. The pool was really amazing and my family and I enjoyed every second of it. Also the property manager was very hands on and always responded in a timely manner.

Florida sunshine with family

This house was wonderful. We had 3 couples on the trip. The 2 master bedrooms were great the last couple in got the bedroom with a hall bathroom. The house manager was very accommodating in changing the twin beds into a king.. Cole the house manager was very attentive we had an air conditioning problem Cole was on it with the owner to figure it out right away. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Both heated up right away. Stores and restaurants were very close along with a great massage at Lifestream 5 minutes away. Thanks Cole for all your help.
