The home has been equipped with modern amenities. An open concept, luxury vinyl plank flooring. The living room has comfortable leather furniture with plenty of room for your whole group to lounge and features a huge 50' smart TV connected with tons of free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.

The kitchen is the hub of the home. The space is lit by tons of natural light that floods in from the front of the home as well as the adjacent lanai. In the kitchen, in addition to the major appliances, you'll find all of the cooking essentials to prepare and enjoy a simple or gourmet meal after a day basking in the sun or adventuring.

The private back heated pool and lanai is likely where you'll want to dine and spend most of your time. Have an afternoon cocktail on the lanai while watching sports or chatting with your loved ones before transitioning to dinner alfresco. The backyard has been beautifully landscaped and is surrounded by a privacy fence.

The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for six guests. Master bedroom has new, high-quality king mattress and the guest room has a queen, and there is also a queen sized air mattress. Your stay includes the softest bed linens and towels. The master bedroom bedroom as well as the lanai has TV with Roku which has tons a free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.

The owner was very easy to reach and came out right away when there were issues. The pool was not warming. We called it got fixed right away. The house was ok. It's an older home that just needs some real updating and TLC and it could be lovely.

R/S at the Beach Cabana

Stay at 561 Cabana May-June 2024.Paul the property owned was amazing .We had a small problem and he was in our driveway as we got off the phone. The house while small has all that is needed for a relaxing vacation. The private heated pool and lanai was enjoyable it even has its own TV with multiple stations. The use of the garage for our car was appreciated it kept it out of the hot sun. The property is locate near all the best beaches and Paul has provided beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. Over all we rate this 5 stars out of 5 and are looking forward to our next year visit.

Good location

House wasn’t ready to be rented out. Had to make many arrangements to be at the house (we had dogs) for electrical updates(power was shut off more than half the day), pest control,etc. this should of all been done prior to renting. House located right off 41/Tamiami Trail. Easy access to beaches and shopping.

Thanks so much for being our very first guest in our house. We made it very clear from the beginning that you were our first guest and there could be some slight bumps as things were figured out. We apologize for the inconvenience of being out of power for a half day as we found out the electrical panel needed to be replaced as per the insurance company as the new panel is much safer. Also when living in Florida, quarterly pest control maintenance is a normal thing and appreciated by most guests. We are glad you had easy access to beaches and shopping.

Could not see thru windows filthy. Hugh stains on LR rug. FOOD & Grease stains on cloth kit chairs. Cooked on FOOD still on pans disgusting.Glass doors in bathroom so calcium stained doors rusted on bottom. Pillows and throw on couch stained and shredded. PPatio/lamia

He then decided to rent out the condo. Since Paul comes from a business background, it wasn’t long before he realized he had a knack for being successful a vacation rental property manager. Soon one condo became two and two became three. Paul is now adding houses to his portfolio to allow for other accommodations such as pets. All of which are all in close proximity. He is now a permanent Florida resident only 15 minutes from the properties.
