Located within a peaceful, resort-style community that’s right next to the picturesque Jordanelle Reservoir, Fox Bay H101 is a beautifully designed two-bedroom condo with a sleek, contemporary style. Full of luxe designer touches and thoughtful extras, this cozy yet spacious hideaway has space for up to six people. You’ll also enjoy a range of resort extras like a fitness center, a clubhouse, a hot tub, a playground, a barbecue area, and even an outdoor swimming pool in the warmer months. Fox Bay H101 simply has it all!
The star of this first-floor oasis is the modern LIVING AREA. At the end of a day full of mountain adventures, you’ll love returning to this inviting space with its plush slate blue sofa and crackling, tile-front fireplace. Above the fireplace flames is the huge HDTV— ideal for a Netflix binge or watching the game. Pour yourself a drink, order some takeout, and enjoy a lovely, laid-back evening with friends or family. Through the sunny glass doors is an OUTDOOR PATIO with a gas grill and a small alfresco dining space.
Next to the living area is the open KITCHEN— complete with crisp white shaker-style cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, and a chic chevron-tiled backsplash. Premier appliances include a large refrigerator, an electric range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Smaller appliances like a toaster and a Keurig coffeemaker make breakfast prep a breeze. There’s also a convenient island with bar stool seating for two, plus a formal DINING SPACE with seating for four more.
In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a luxe queen-size bed sits underneath a modern ceiling fan. In the ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM, there’s a marble-topped vanity and a glass-enclosed, step-in shower. The GUEST BEDROOM is located down a short hallway and features a queen-size bed and an HDTV. Another full BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. For additional sleeping options, the sofa in the living area pulls out to a full-size bed.
The Fox Bay community is a peaceful and private neighborhood with a lovely, convenient location. You’ll have plenty of serenity and quiet while still being close to all that you travel to Park City to enjoy— including the world-class ski slopes, epic hiking trails, and charming downtown. There’s quite a bit of remodels and new construction happening in this area, so it was a bit noisy.

We loved staying at this condo! All you could need and very comfortable stay! Nice balcony with great grill for supper cooking. Hugomongous TV for viewing enjoyment! And of course, the bed was great for sleeping after a day of Farmer's Market and Antique shopping. Also, outstanding customer service by Valinda and others at Moose Management!!!!

Perfect place for 2 males going on a ski trip, each had our own bedrooms with bathrooms. Fire place and couch were clutch. Nice grill and kitchen to cook and eat. Parking space in garage is one floor down so not an issue carrying ski gear up and down. 15 minute drive to deer valley and park city, about 50 minutes to Alta and snowbird. Forgot to sign the guest book so I’ll leave a nice review! Thanks again

Wont waste my time on review. Definitely overrated! Bad location, dirty, loud construction during my stay early morning, ridiculous policies on guest limit, pool amd club house too far from room, would havehhad to drive there so we never went. NOT child friendly! Dont waste monry.
