For water enthusiasts, the 186-foot private boat dock is a fantastic feature for water enthusiasts. Renting private boats, jet skis, and kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals allows guests to explore the beautiful surrounding waters. It's wonderful that they can dock their rented watercraft just steps from their door.
The large canal-front swimming pool offers a refreshing place to relax, sunbathe, and take in the Caribbean breezes, with ample free parking and added convenience for guests.
Accommodation:
2nd Floor Unit #8 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom canal front condo that sleeps up to 4. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen-size beds.
Fully Equipped:
The unit is fully equipped with a complete modern kitchen with all appliances, a drip coffee maker, a washer & dryer, an HD TV with cable, and a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking the canal leading out to North Sound.
Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.
Convenient Location:
The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive. Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance: - Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies, as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Great spot for the family
Upon moving to Cayman with my family, we found this was a great location and size for the first month as we got settled.
There was staff onsite a couple times per week and she was always helpful.
It’s a quiet location with nice pool and great screened patio.
The rooms were a bit dated and musty smelling, but overall good value considering the average cost of accommodation in this area.

Fantastic property. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful setting. We would highly recommend staying here.
Would definitely recommend having a car if you stay here as the walk is quite long and there’s no nearby convenient store - walking 30 minutes from the closest shop with food and water was very difficult.
Could do with more instructions on how appliances work, WiFi, and taxi numbers in the welcome book as currently it just gives you restaurant and beach recommendations.
Comfortable. Nice location for a quiet and relaxing stay. Shelley checked in on us. She found a bar pan to bake with. Seven mile beach just a 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to all the attractions in Georgetown and the west side. It needs some better knifes for cutting and some grill tools. It is perfect for 2 couples. The screened in lanai was the best to sit in at night.

We would absolutely stay here again. tucked away in the back of a quiet nighborhood with easy access to Caymana Bay, Georgetown and West Bay. Unit was exactly as the pictures and description stated. Beds were very comfortable, AMAZING showers, and lovely bug free screened in deck!! Fully stocked with everything we needed and MORE. Communication was fast, easy and super friendly!! Shelly was SUPER nice and we enjoyed talking to her. Thank you!!!

There are a lot of positive things about this property- it is clean, great view of water, big screened patio, lots of towels. I would recommend four beach chairs (not three) and a small cooler. I would recommend upgrading knifes in kitchen and adding a few more basic items such as a strainer and extra storage containers. I would also leave extra items like Foster bags so when a guest goes to the store the first time you are not surprised you need to buy them. I would add a few more pictures to give it a more comfortable feel. I would also add a vacuum, especially a portable one as we had to sweep out of car before returning it to the rental company for our days at the beach. Those are just recommendations as the property was clean and safe.
Beautiful location & condo was perfect.My husband had an unfortunate fall on the deck which limited what we could do but it meant we spent more time at the condo relaxing to the peaceful sound of the canal.
