Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this spacious Park City area home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and almost 3000 square feet, it sleeps 11-13 people perfectly.

Walking into the main level, you’ll find a large, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to make a home-cooked meal. A toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes/glassware, utensils, and baking pans make eating in a breeze. The dining area, located just off the kitchen, seats 12. There’s a ½ bath on the main level as well.

You’ll also find a large living room with a 55” HD Television equipped with Xfinity Fiber TV and streaming media. There’s even a gas fireplace for colder nights. The comfortable couches and deck (with a gas BBQ) allow plenty of space to enjoy time together. There is a DVD collection, board games, and cards for entertainment.

Upstairs, you’ll find four beautiful bedrooms. One bedroom is a King Master with an attached bathroom and 44” HD TV. Two other bedrooms have Queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a Twin-over-Queen bed. Those bedrooms share a large, full bathroom. Additionally, there’s a laundry room with a full-sized High-Efficiency, Front-Loading Steam Technology Washer and Dryer and an iron/ironing board.

In the downstairs area, there’s a large great room with a pool table and a family room. More seating on a couch and loveseat plus a 65” HD TV make it a perfect space to relax. Just off the great room is a patio with a private, 7-person hot tub. There’s another King Master bedroom with an unattached bath in the basement. If you need extra sleeping, a Queen air mattress is also available.

Aside from the gas fireplace, this home features full heating in the winter and central air-conditioning in the summer, as well as ceiling fans. The entire home has fast Xfinity Fiber Wifi and a Verizon Wireless Signal Booster is also in place.

Don’t worry about parking! A one-car garage (owner's car stored in 2nd space) and space in the driveway provide convenient parking for two vehicles.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead, and waste bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $100 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Great place for a big family stay!
We had a great stay at this home! We were able to all spread out and have enough beds for everyone. We loved the green space behind the property for our dog to run around. Very close to downtown Park City. We had excellent communication with the management team. Only thing we wish is that they would have provided more kitchen towels, both hand and dish towels. They provided only 2 small hand towels for such a large home and was challenging to dry hand washed dishes. But overall, a great place to have our family together.

Positive experience
We found the location to be very convenient. We were in town for a family wedding so we did not utilize the kitchen much but the space was more than adequate if you are preparing food, serving and dining at home. Plenty of space for large families.
